A partnership needs more than a good meeting
Agreement creates an opportunity. What happens after the meeting determines whether that opportunity becomes useful work.
Good intentions need a shape
People can leave the same meeting with different ideas about what was agreed. One remembers a campaign, another a placement, a third a conversation still waiting for approval. A short written brief makes these differences visible while they are still easy to resolve. It should explain the purpose, the next decision and the person responsible for moving it forward.
A handover should preserve the reason
A production team needs specifications, but it also needs to understand why the material matters. Without that context, perfectly executed formats can drift away from the original proposition. The useful handover carries both the practical request and the reasoning behind it. That gives the next person room to solve problems without losing direction.
Small uncertainties become expensive delays
An image without a confirmed source, an unnamed approver or an unclear language check can slow a project more than a difficult creative question. These details are rarely glamorous. They are also where coordination becomes valuable. Asking early is usually easier than negotiating the same uncertainty close to publication.
The relationship continues into the review
A thoughtful review does more than deliver a report. It connects what happened with what both sides wanted to learn, identifies what needs changing and creates a better starting point for the next conversation. In that sense, follow-up is part of partner management, not an administrative ending.

Etraveli Group
At Etraveli Group / Smart Media, 2017–2019, I worked as Global Partner & Project Manager across an international portfolio of airlines and destination marketing organisations.
TAL Aviation
As Sales Executive at TAL Aviation Nordic, I represented Aegean Airlines and airBaltic in Sweden from October 2015 to December 2016. The role placed me between the airlines and the travel companies bringing their services to market.
